A hilarious one-act comedy that sees sculptor, Brindsley Miller holding a party with his fiancé, in the hope that both his father-in-law-to-be, and millionaire, Georg Bamberger, will be persuaded to buy some of his work. However, when a power cut disrupts Brindsley’s plans, chaos ensues.
The lighting is reversed in the play so that when the lights are up onstage, the actors behave as though they’ve been plunged into darkness by the power cut.
